Cancellation Policy
â– NailsbyKara Cancellation Policy â–
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice, and without communication via text or call, the client will forfeit their booking fee.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time, 100% of the service fee will be charged, unless prior notification is provided via text or call.
Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for appointments or cancel without proper notice may lose the privilege of booking future appointments with NailsbyKara.
