Cancellation Policy
â– NailsbyKara Cancellation Policy â–
I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours' notice, and without communication via text or call, the client will forfeit their booking fee.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time, 100% of the service fee will be charged, unless prior notification is provided via text or call.
Please note that clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel without proper notice may forfeit the ability to book future services with NailsbyKara.
